Coaching Staff
Our coaches have an unrivaled, incomparable amount of actual playing and coaching experience. We have some of the most knowledgeable coaches in the Bay Area. All of our coaches have professional and/ or college experience.   

We are a group of professional instructors dedicated to providing young players with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize their skills and reach their full potential. 

Tony Sanguinetti (President)

Tony is from San Jose, California. He attended and played baseball at Valley Christian High School. After graduating in 2000, he went on to play college baseball at Mission Junior College. He then transferred to play at the NAIA power-house Oklahoma City University in 2003. He went on to play professional baseball from 2004-2006. His individual baseball accomplishments speak for themselves. Tony is very qualified in training all aspects of baseball and specializes in hitting, catching, and baseball/ softball specific speed training and weight training. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience of the game with all the players he trains. His training has been proven to be well worth the investment.

Alexandra-Ann Sanguinetti (Director of Softball Operations)

Alex is from Montreal, Canada. She came to the United States in 1997 attending and playing fastpitch softball at Briarcliffe College a junior college in New York. She transferred to play at the NAIA power-house Oklahoma City University in 1999. She went on to play for the Canadian National Team in 2002-2003. Her individual softball accomplishments speak for themselves. Alex is more than qualified in training all aspects of softball she specializes in pitching, hitting, and baseball/softball specific weight training and speed training. She enjoys watching the improvements and positive effects she has on all the players she trains. Her training has been proven to be well worth the investment.

Adam Varteressian (Director of Baseball Operations)

Adam played high school ball for Saratoga High School, earning both Pitcher of the Year and Most Valuable Player awards in 2000. He then attended Mission Junior College, where he led the team in wins, ERA, and strikeouts during his two years. He attended NAIA Powerhouse Oklahoma City University on an athletic/academic scholarship, graduating in 2005. During his two years @ OCU the team posted a 140-19 record. In 2004, Adam was a member of OCU’s National All-Academic team, which finished #2 in NAIA national rankings. In 2005, Adam led the team in saves as OCU won the NAIA National Championship. Also in 2005, Adam signed a professional contract with the Richmond Roosters of the Frontier League, where he finished with a 7-2 record. Since then, Adam has coached numerous teams in CA and Oklahoma, and provided personal coaching to several players who went on to college and professional baseball. He is currently the varsity Head Coach at Saratoga High School..
